Hi everyone! I’m a 46-year-old man from Portugal.
I started Mounjaro in November 2025 at a starting weight of 115 kg. I’m now at 95 kg, with a goal weight of around 85 kg.
My last Mounjaro dose was 10 mg, and I switched to retatrutide four weeks ago. I’m currently taking 2 mg and plan to follow a gradual dose increase based on the Lilly trial protocol, potentially going up to 9 mg depending on how things progress.
I joined the forum to learn from other people’s experiences and share my own progress along the way.
