Hi everyone.
I am from just west of Sacramento, California. I’ve been on my pepitide journey for about 2 years now. Started with Sema though it did great with cravings there was not much for the weight loss itself. I weighed about 220 pounds at 5’3 after having my two kiddos. I left Sema behind and started on Triz with a gradual slow pace. I am at 190 pounds now. In addition to my weight loss journey, I been looking at bpc 157 due to my autoimmune deficiency and severe fatigue with hashimotos. I am basically a walking body of everything that needs to be healing head to toe.
