So, I’m a male of 45 years and started getting worried of certain health markers like a year ago.

Never been obese, well except for when measured with BMI. I guess I would call myself a bit “soft” or “strength athlete power belly” kind of thing. I’ve been exercising for 33 years so I like to think it’s not all self-deceiving.

I’ve been on this bulk when it’s a cold season and diet for the summer kind of cycle for about twenty years so last fall I actually decided to skip the bulk. Since I hadn’t seen my abs for twenty years, always falling short, because I guess I don’t have the willpower to accomplish a lean physique.

Well this got me thinking that maybe I just need a little help with the mental side and introduced myself to reta. And my research on the subject got me more interested about other longevity chemicals and habits as well as improving my work life, I’m a business executive.

So the 30 years in the gym kept me sort of shape, except I skipped aerobic training for the same period basically. My Vo2max was low and I figured it’s a very important health marker especially considering longevity. I did a year of zone2 cardio and been doing intervals lately and have gotten into better aerobic condition.

Ok I like to write, it’s my WOTS (Wall Of Text Syndrome) and I guess I’ll throw below what I’m running to get a conversation going, lol.

3mg reta a week

2IU HGH a day

2mg GHK-CU a day

That’s my permanent stack

Currently running

500mcg wolverine stack a day

2mg SS-31 a day

500mcg NAD+ a day

In two weeks I’ll be running

2mg SS-31 (stop after two weeks)

1.5mg MOTS-C on training days

1mg NAD+ a day

I’m really new to all except reta and GHK-CU which have worked wonders.

Welcome to GLP1Chat Penkattor!

I can relate to the long training history. My own path was a little less straightforward. I was obese in my teens, got really into fitness, and eventually took things too far in the other direction, ending up with anorexia. I’ve always been pretty good at sticking to things, just not always at knowing when to stop.

These days I’m mostly trying to get some control over my hunger signals.

Your protocol looks well thought out. I’m still pretty new to most of this though, so don’t take that as an endorsement. 😄 Mainly here to connect and find what works.

Judging by what you are running, I might actually have more to learn from you than the other way around.

Looking forward to seeing what you bring to the forum.

Nice to meet you.

I’m trying to heal nagging shoulders and to get my energy back. Looking a few years younger wouldn’t hurt either haha.

I guess I have had an eating disorder before, but the opposite of anorexia.

Keep at it!

Welcome!

Have you noticed any undesirable symptoms running that many peps at a time? I'm interested in doing something similar and 54 years old which is why I ask

nothing outside my wife raisin an eyebrow with the five injections. It’s early though so let’s see.

Welcome to the forum. We have very similar ages, lives, jobs, ... So i get the urge to learn more about this. I guess most people start with reta and ghk cu, and after trying a lot of commercial products, we go "hey, this actually works" and it opens up a new world to discover.

Welcome! That’s definitely a WOTS. 30+ years of training and improving your aerobic fitness is impressive though. I’m especially interested in how you’ve found reta alongside your training. Looking forward to hearing how the longevity side develops too!

It’s a rabbit hole. I did try DSIP for example to improve my sleeping? But it did nothing for me. Improving sleep was one of the important reasons for me to try HGH. Will need to try and improve the sleep with other peptides or quit working maybe, eh.

I took reta as a tool to help my head. I dropped 13kg during the spring by tracking my calories, as before, but this time it was so much easier. It seems it has elevated my resting HR by about 10 beats? But it’s going down now either because of getting used to it or actually working on the aerobic side as well.

Longevity will take some time I think to really see the benefits but I’m positive that it’ll happen.

I'm also here for longevity, I'm about to retire relativity young (47) and want to stay healthy for long as possible. I like your approach with ss-31 and plan on something similar. I'm currently on reta 2mg/wk, kpv500mcg/day and ghk-cu 2mg/day. I wish you the best on your long life.

Thank you for sharing what you are running right now. I'm just learning about the benefits of different kinds of peptides, so it's always helpful to see what others are doing and what's working for them, especially for people in my age range. Wishing you a long and healthy life!

How’s the KPV working? Been thinking about that but figured BPC would help with the bowel as well

Yeah most interesting part for me is to see anecdotal evidence especially from my own age group.

I’m thinking of starting GHK-cu after losing 65 lbs on Reta. Is it painful to pin and more importantly, are the results worth it? I have some sagging skin from the weight loss but I’m 60 now and want to improve my skin overall. I also looked at glow and klow but the GHK looks much better. I would appreciate and advice.

I'm on day 13 of ghk-cu, so I'm still weighing out what this peptide does. But, I have noticed better skin. I'm sure there are ghk-cu veterans on this forum that could give you a better advice.

I think maybe 500mcg is a little high for me after 13 days on it. I have noticed my seasonal allergies have gone, was it kpv, who knows?

I’m a strong believer that gut health is the primary driver of immune system so very likely it has contributed to it.

i'm on KLOW, because it contains GHK-cu also, but several other benefits, ofcourse it's more expensive. I would advice Klow, especially at your age, it helped enormously with some joint pain i had also, and yes, everyone tells me my skin looks a lot younger than before, but it's not an overnight solution, expect to see real results after three months of daily use. pinning GHK-cu can sting, Klow stings less because somehow the KPV in it, helps.
