I'm looking forward to learning more about self directed Peptide use. I'm 77, had RNY bypass surgery 17 years ago and have been on GLP-1/2 for the last 23 months. I've stalled after losing 80 pounds, looking to lose another 15 pounds and to incorporate MOTS-C and BCP-157 and TB-500 and also, incorporating Creatine and Collagen powder on a daily basis. I walk with an aggressive heart rate on uneven ground daily, but due to injuries to my shoulder 20 months ago I've been unable to do heavy lifting, hopefully the BPC-157 and TB-500 will help get my shoulder repaired and I've torn a hamstring a couple of times in the last couple of months and hope to get some major help with that.

That’s amazing. I’m a paramedic and work with a lot of people people your age, and I’ve found the extra weight can be life changing.

You’ve lost a huge amount weight. I hope your quality of life has improved.

Well done. Keep going!

Thank you. My life has made a major improvement since starting. I was drinking-- heavily one plus bottles of wine a day for years --and when I started my first GL-1 I lost all desire to drink any form of alcohol. That hasn't changed in 23 months, I just have no desire. My wife enjoys champagne several nights a week and I have no issues with her doing so. I've been pushing my wife( also 77) to give Reta a try. Her weight is maybe 10 pounds above her ideal weight but for her knee pain has been awful. She has received 3 shots of Euflexxa every six months for a decade, and it isn't working as well as it did. She also has a bulging lumbar disc and very extreme pain from bone spurs in her thumb. These orthopedic issues are also accompanied by a rare Leukemia LGL, which she is on wait and watch--but cytopenia is a constant worry and the LGL has probably promoted her Hashimoto's disease hypothyroid condition which was diagnosed when she suffered an acute dissociation episode that landed her in a hospital and her TSH was 42. She has her hypothyroidism under control with normal TSH and T4 levels with 88mg of Synthroid daily. She has had two MRI's and to date one has shown abnormal portal shunts in her liver and one has (the most recent) shown no portal shunts, but did find a suspected cyst on her pancreas, and she is scheduled for another MRI in Oct. I would hope the Reta would provide knee and general less inflammation through her body and hopefully help with her knee, back and thumb pains.
