Hey everyone,
Glad to be joining the community. I’m 48 and work full-time as a firefighter and in EMS. The physical demands of the job—especially hauling around heavy bunker gear on calls—require a solid baseline of endurance. I keep up my cardiovascular conditioning mostly on the stair climber (I prefer to avoid running), but I'm looking to further optimize my body composition and overall performance.
Currently, my body fat is sitting at approximately 22-24%. I have absolutely zero prior experience with GLP-1 peptides, so my main goal right now is to get thoroughly educated on how they work before I jump in. Based on my initial reading, I’m particularly interested in researching Retatrutide.
I joined the forum to read up on your experiences, learn the ropes, and figure out the smartest approach before starting any kind of protocol. Looking forward to diving into the discussions and soaking up the knowledge here!
