Hello there. The name is Justin and as you can guess I am the new guy here. So I guess ill kick it off summer camp style. My favorite music is heavy metal. I like fishing and camping and my favorite smell is 2 stroke oil mixed with race gas. I have been using ozempic for a while and have been having meh. Results. Mostly due to my lack of food discipline and ability to maintain my dosage on schedule. About 1 month ago I stopped taking ozempic and switched to Reta and am currently dosing every 6 days at 2mg and have been very serious at monitoring and recording my food intake and have been maintaining a solid 700 calorie deficit daily and allowing myself 1 cheat meal a week typically on Sunday. I have recently started working out with some light resistance training and four times a week riding my bicycle at the beach for approximately 8 miles. The last month I have managed to lose 24 lbs. In the last week i have begun getting an evolt 360 scan (Kinda like a dexa scan but its the machine my gym has) and will be monitoring my progress that way as well. Look forward to contributing what I can and learning as I go.

Welcome! I look forward to reading about how different it is to be on GLP1 with focus and determination compared to your first time. Do you think reta is working well with your system, or was there some new resistance since you did ozempic already? I hear it's tricky to go and off and on again.

I feel it is working fairly well. Most days I am consuming 150grams of protein and keeping the carbs under 100g. Tracking all of my intake has been very beneficial and lets me know exactly where I am at so I can make the right decisions. Learning to eat for nutrition and not for stimulation has proven to be difficult at times but I have been learning that I can feed my hunger in a healthy way to fuel my body. My energy has drastically improved and my sleep is improving as well. On a 5 on 2 off morning routine of 50mg of NAD+ and in the evening a 4mg dose of KLOW stack. I haven't been as sore the day after my rides or workouts and it has kept me motivated to exercise more often. Also have tremendously tapered back on the ibuprofen and flexeril i used to take daily
