Hi there, I've been suffering from a frozen shoulder for over a year now, spent hundreds on physio, cortisone, and hydrodilation, but never really improved. Heard about peptides on Joe Rogan, so a Gym bro hooked me up with a 5 mg Wolverine stack. My ROM improved within a week; I had my first full night's pain-free sleep in ages, felt great, and started going to the gym again. Tried the Glow stack after my shoulder started playing up again and to improve recovery. Again, great results.

Add just GHK-Cu and KPV to Wolverine stack in place of using GLOW, so that you can use your own needed dosage from each. You must GLOW recycle because of GHK-Cu inside.

A more focused approach to treating healing a specific injury might be to use BPC157 alone. The 'Wolverine Stack' you found success with has a few variants; and the ratio of BPC157-to-TB500 can range between 1:2 -1:5.

@skaylife 's approach is nice for dialing in perfect dosages & jab-schedules for each peptide. KLOW & GLOW blends ("pre-mixed stacks") contain the GHK-Cu peptide; and giving the body intermittent periods without the copper in the GHK-Cu peptide is generally considered good for health. Most GLOW blends are GHK-Cu + BPC157 + TB500 at a 5:1:1 ratio, but 7:1:2 ratio GLOW blends are also popular.

...so you may see even better results if for example BPC157 is used everyday, while GHK-Cu is simultaneously used but on a 3 dose per week, or 30 day-ON 30 day-OFF, type of schedule.

@GDT71 - CONGRATULATIONS on all the progress with the shoulder!! This is such an awesome story to hear! Chronic pain of any kind is impossible to understand until it's experienced, and so is the bliss of being able to sleep pain-free. Hope you start setting ROM personal-bests with the shoulder soon. Enjoy the sweet dreams amigo!

I will give you one more tool outside of peptides. Try DMSO. Just look up the studies on it from the 60’s. Big Pharma got it banned too. It did wonders with my back shoulder and knee before I started Reta. You can get DMSO on Amazon and mix with distilled water and use a roll on bottle. A 75% DMSO to 25% water mix is great.

I've never heard of the Wolverine stack helping with Adhesive Capsulitis, especially that quickly.

Definitely started to notice a difference that got better each week. I hope it wasn't in my head

That's great news that you've had some improvement.. one could or would argue even better(short or long) than the traditional approach. It's a brave and crazy time- not to mention exciting!

I have seen your question occasionaly now. When you ask a question to a person you must click on reply or quote message of the person. Otherwise will be lost without response.

Recycling means that you may use a peptide for a time and then have to take a pause before you begin second cycle. It differs from peptide to peptide. Before using a prptide you must search behind its protocol and follow that.

If you for instance ask behind GHK-Cu protocol to AI, it will find it for you. Protocol describes start dose, when you may titrate and when you have to take a pause and howlong.

Interesting! I definitely need to do more research may I ask how much/long you were dosing them to get the benefits?

Thank you for sharing great info. Curios why eliminate the TB500 for injuries if I understood correctly please?

Hey there - good to know about this! I had frozen shoulder for about 1.5 year during my BJJ training and it was horrible, literally nothing helped besides waiting - even the shoulder specialist told me that! And worse, they said it most likely would happen again on my other shoulder, so I’ll be prepared 🙂
