Hey,

Thank you for allowing me into this community. My girlfriend and I started going to the gym this year after a lengthy battle with herniated disc's and physio. My girlfriend got a prescription for zepbound but my insurance was taking forever to cover it which led me down the rabbit hole of learning about peptides. We both are currently taking reta, cjc 1295 and Ipa as well as bpc157 and ghk-cu. I am looking into many other stacks as well 🤣 Im looking forward to reading through the many threads and discussions and eventually sharing my own experiences as well.

Welcome!

Sometimes we have to take matters into our own hands. Seems like we picked the right place to learn about peptides, so many informational posts.

How are your herniated discs doing?

The girlfriend had surgery on hers a couple years ago, but got into a car accident that messed her up pretty bad shortly after. The two of us were in physio pretty much all of last year and we're both alot better now. We still get flare ups every now and then but ive found the ghk-cu and bpc157 helped quite a bit. I would like to try the KLOW next time to see if it is any better.

I’m glad to hear things are moving in the right direction. Injuries can be so frustrating, and as you know can become a part of your identity. Sounds like you’re doing everything you can to improve your life. Love it.
