Hello everyone, Im obviously new , currently living in the very cool state of Arizona, I'm originally from Los Angeles,
what brought me here was i had a unexpected hospital stay recently and well they told me I'm pre diabetic, pretty scary stuff,
.since I'm only in my 30s, Ive always had trouble maintaining weight. and it didn't help that i had a back injury in my mid 20s ,anyways , my main goal is to loose weight get healthier and stay healthy , I look forward to being in this community
