Greetings!
I am a 21 year old male (My birthday was just yesterday), I started taking peptides a year ago. I was 19 when I began, I started with Reta, I eventually added Tesa and Glow. Prior to taking peptides, I was doing fine with weight loss and lost weight at a reasonable pace. I started at about 230 in 2024 of August, got down to 170 within 4 months of consistency. Unfortunately though, I began to derail from that path, losing my mind and regaining all the weight I lost. It was a very scary time since I had been dealing with other issues that were all mental. I went back up to 225, I was at a very dark place and eventually after everything, I decided to take that chance on Reta, beginning my peptide journey on July 6th. But of course I wasn't lazy, I walked 8-12 miles a day, worked out at the gym 6x a week, and barely ate much (Reta helped tremendously). I began college, gained a bunch of confidence, and now I look as well as act radically different than I did a year ago. I am now 130, which was my goal weight. However, I haven't been consistent with the gym or walking since December of last year. So, I've been on Reta for 7 months now while not doing so much or being consistent, I wasn't totally inactive: I got a job, started school, and walked every other day to classes. Nevertheless, I joined this forum a month later after starting and since then have used this as a way to get peptides as well as gain information I need. I still don't know much but I do want to learn as much as I can, I also want to begin participating, add my input, and sort of use this forum as a diary. I will begin this new endeavor by taking a month break from peptides and then eventually cycling back on. My new goal is to build a lot more muscle, to be at a good weight at 150 as well as eventually get back on my stack: Reta, Tesa, Glow, NAD+, and add whatever else may benefit me. I will start today, maybe walk a few miles just to get myself back into everything. Hope to learn a lot as well as meet new people!
Thank you,
