Hello All from the blistering heat of SWFL. I've been researching peps for years and finally took the plunge a few months ago. It's kind of an addiction at this point... started with Reta and ARA and now I'm running many others. Ha! I didn't know this forum existed so I'm excited to explore, learn, and help others on this journey.

Hello, fellow Floridian, ARA is something that I am interested in trying. How has it worked for you?

So sorry for the late response! ARA has been life changing for me. I have pretty bad neuropathy with constant burning and itching in hands and feet. The first week I started ARA it went down at least 80%. I'm taking my first break and it's been a week without and I still have A LOT of relief so I think it's been actually healing things. Some itching has crept back in but not extreme and some burning but much milder. I can't wait to jump back on! I hope you have as much luck as I've had.

Awesome. I can relate. It started with accompanying my wife with reta for a few months, to me going down this research rabbit hole. Honestly, the change in diet and lifestyle that came with researching these peps has been overall positive. I don't regret it one bit.

Thanks for the info, glad to here it has worked well for you! I am actually curious to try and see if it'll help me with leg pain/tendonitis, after running. I know it's not for that but I have tried other things like bpc-157 and tb-500 and that hasn't helped. Now my work supervisor has diabetic neuropathy and he would probably get great benefits from ARA.

It's funny you mention tendonitis. I happened to get achilles tendonitis right as I was taking a break from ARA. When I go back on, I'll be testing it for that, too. I also hear KPV can help a lot because it really reduces inflammation. So I'm gonna try that as well.

I have frozen shoulders and BPC hasn't done much for me and TB4 made me worse. I'm hoping the KPV works out.

Yes! The change of diet and lifestyle alone has been worth the price of admission. And it gets better every week.

I have some stand alone kpv, but I have used klow and that includes all those, cu, bpc, tb and kpv. I notice less joint pain in general during use, but i cycle it off for at least 2 months, (1month on, 2 off). I'll look into kpv protocols and run the ones I have and see if it helps.
