I've been lurking here for a few weeks and I'm still surprised at the information and feedback in this forum.

Interested in glp1s and other peptides for weight loss and repair.

Currently researching 2.5mg Tirz & 2mg Reta and weight training.

I'll be continuing my research with KLOW and MOTSc in the coming weeks.

Now, back to learning!

Added morning injections of MOTSc 5mg, M/W/F and KLOW80 2.67mg M-F.

No ISR with the Klow but had a 1/2" irritation with the MOTSc injection that lasted a few hours.

I'll be noting any improvements to a newer left shoulder injury and an older right knee injury.

Plan on adding evening injections of CJC(No DAC)/Ipa in a few weeks.

Hi there! Love the progress posts you’ve made the last few days. Aside from the reta, I’m on the same research path as you. I’m still on tirzepatide but I started with KLOW, added MOTS-c, and then CJC+IPA. The MOTS-c injections the first few times were not fun, but they don’t bother me as much these days. I read somewhere that you can spray some Flonase on the injection site and it really calms down the ISR. It worked for me!

We'll never know if it's related or not but broke out in hives this morning and it's lasted about 6 hours so far. Slowly going away now.

Nothing and the injection site either but...

It has happened occasionally over the years without a known cause. It's ignored until it goes away.

Added mots c to my research 2 weeks ago, going great.

I started MOTSc at 5mg but I was only a week in doing M/W/F but decided to lower to 2.75 in case the hives were MOTSc related.

That’s why I think it’s important as a researcher to slowly add different protocols. Adding too many variables at once makes it hard to differentiate which protocol is giving which result. I know not everyone is as conservative as me, but while slower it’s a way to know exactly how your body is responding to each.

Updated protocol:

Reta - 6mg on a Monday evening

KLOW - 5.34mg Mornings daily (3.34, .668 x3)

MOTSc - 5mg Mornings M/W/F

Update: Hives only occurred those two times. 🤷‍♂️

Besides ISRs, no real symptoms.

Edit: CW - 272

Updated protocol:

Reta - 6mg on a Monday evening

KLOW - 5.34mg Mornings daily (3.34, .668 x3)

MOTSc - 5mg Mornings M/W/F

CJC/Ipa - Starting at 200mcg weeknights

5-Amino-1MQ - 5mg weekdays

Creatine Monohydrate - 10mg ish daily

Multivitamin x2 daily

Omega3s - 3.6g daily

L-theanine - 200mg daily

Besides ISRs, no symptoms.

About 15 mins after CJC/ipa, my have feels really warm but it's never visibly red.

Other than being hungry by the weekend, I have no idea if any of this is doing anything. I didn't feel bad to start besides a lingering shoulder injury. It's still about the same?

Time will tell. If I get through a bunch of these kits and I don't notice anything different, I won't continue many of them.

CW: 272 as I was expecting with the addition of the creatine I started about a week ago and the scale says my water percentage increased slightly. 🤷

That's quite the stack. Did you add those in one at a time or just go whole hog. Which protocol would you attribute the largest effect (other than the glp)?

As far as vials, Reta for about a month, added KLOW and MOTSc same time and about 2 weeks later added the CJC/IPA blend and the 5-amino-1mq same day different times.

Maybe my body isn't as broken as I thought it might be because, as stated above, I really notice nothing other than I'm less hungry. It hasn't been very long so we'll see.

Current Stack:

Reta - 8mg Monday evenings

KLOW - 5.34mg Mornings daily (3.34, .668 x3)

MOTSc - 5mg Mornings M/W/F

CJC/Ipa - 350mcg weeknights

5-Amino-1MQ - 10mg weekdays

Other:

Creatine Monohydrate - 10mg ish daily

Men's One-A-Day Multivitamin x2 daily (only until bottle runs out. Then switching brands)

Omega3s - 3.6g daily

L-theanine - 200mg daily

Shoulder is surprisingly feeling better after more than a year of pain and I've never been able to bench press with only 1 day of rest. These things are doing something. Yay!

This is a great stack you are running. If you take your mots-c about 45 mins before gym you will find it gives you the ability to go harder for longer. I take mine IM, it's made a massive difference.

Your body takes about a week to adjust before you'll start feeling the benefits of this stack.

It's definitely the KLOW. I've never had hives for 2 days in a row.

I took an Allegra. It'll likely help.

Hopefully you did not receive a bad batch. Have you gotten to the bottom of this issue.?
