Hi everyone!
I’m a 32-year-old guy from Sweden and completely new to this forum, so this is my first post here.
I’ve been on Retatrutide 5 mg/week for a couple of months now after switching from Tirzepatide. I started focusing seriously on my body recomposition journey about 7–8 months ago.
I’ve been overweight for pretty much my entire life, with periods of training, gym workouts, boxing, dieting, and weight loss. Over the years I’ve managed to lose 20–30 kg several times, but unfortunately I always ended up gaining it all back, and sometimes even more.
My starting weight was 158 kg (348 lbs), and I’m currently down to 105 kg (231 lbs), which means I’ve lost 53 kg (117 lbs) so far.
This time feels different, though. With the help of Retatrutide, regular training, and a more sustainable approach, I finally feel like I have a real opportunity to make a lasting change.
I’m looking forward to learning from everyone here, sharing experiences, and following your journeys as well.
Thanks for having me!
