I'm from the midwest, 30M. I spent much of the last decade not taking great care of myself, but have decided to turn it around in the last year. Getting into peptides has been part of that journey. I started reta 6 weeks ago and have lost 16 lbs already, down from a max of 275. At my peak, I had stage 2 hypertension and OSA - was pretty unhealthy. Reta has been amazingly helpful - it makes it possible to just eat what I know I should, instead of constantly chasing stimulation/emotional regulation from food. However, it's been pretty expensive from the places I've found it at, and since I'm hoping to be on it long-term, I'm hoping to find a more affordable supply at some point (hope this doesn't bother the 'no sourcing' discussion, to be clear I'm not asking for one). I've slowly been learning about other peptides too, and I'm interested in trying GHK Cu and Mots C. It looks like this site has a lot of info including about peptides I've never heard of, so I'm looking forward to reading more and contributing where I can.

Seems like you and I are looking at the same stack. Ive been on Reta for 7 weeks now. Im down 38 pounds. (4mg a week). But I started much higher weight (354) and had a load of inflammation.

Whats got you thinking about adding Mots c and Ghk cu to your stack?

Ive been looking at it over fear of loose skin & added help with mitochondria health. Mots C & Retatrutide attack different targets that supposedly make them great together from what ive gathered.

Hey, thanks for your response and congrats on your weight loss so far!

And yeah, I've heard about people specifically stacking Mots C and Reta. I'm on 3 mg of Reta, and sides have been kind of brutal, it was hard to go up from 2 to 3. I feel exhausted for the first 2-3 days after the injection and have a hard time working out. Also lots of nausea, especially in that same time period, and both have been affecting my work a bit. Anything that could help give me more energy to stay consistent in the gym would be great.

For GHK Cu, I have some hair loss, collagen-related skin aging, minor injury to achilles heel, and stretch marks from weight gain and loss I'm hoping it could help with.

I'm curious, what are your dietary goals like? For the first half of the week, I'm often at 1000-1500 calories, trying to get 100-150 g protein, minimal carbs, moderate fat and fiber.

Also, any other peptides you're investigating?
