Hello the name is ctokes. Im a newb with all this. I done keto strict for 6 months and lost 115 lbs while im still at 300 trying to navigate through the lines and find help . Didnt knoe I was being ripped off. Just trying to ramp things up keep losing weight till im happy . Thanks everyone
