Hi everyone, 50M wanting to stay healthy and new to this so trying to learn and get informed. Started this peptide journey about 3 months ago not to loose weight but to lower my A1C, loosing some weight has just been a plus. I've noticed there's much to learn so hopefully this forum and you guys will help point me in the right direction through theses rabbit holes of information. Glad to be here and hope to meet some if not all of you...

Hey there neighbour! Regards from across the Rio Grande! Actually visiting the RGV tomorrow, going to Pharr and visit my mom who lives there... Yeah I'm the son who didn't get a green card lol!

I'm 48, started on May, lost almost 23lbs in these 3 months with tirz and little effort, my A1C has improved greatly, all other markers have improved as well, this is an interesting rabbit hole and man the thrill of learning hasn't worn off yet lol!

Lol...nice to meet you, I've lost about 20lbs since starting, won't know about my A1C just yet, I'm giving it 3 more months before doing labs again. Family is also on peps but I'm the one doing all the research and think I have them on their last nerve with all the pep talk. Stay healthy and say hello to the neighbor in Pharr
