Hi all,

Thanks for having me! Previously tried mounjaro and had good results at 5mg. Ended up stopping after a holiday and rebounded hard. Now looking to try reta and thinking of adding KLOW to help battle the aging (41 now). The whole reconstitution arena is new to me so looking to find out the best way to do it and check dosage etc.

Hi, I'm from the UK too, welcome!

There is a wealth of knowledge in the threads of this forum, the search function will help alot, i have found that less words are better for more accurate results.

I started on Reta and added Glow and feel amazing.

Recon is a doddle once you get past your first go, you’ll wonder why you overthought it in the first place.

Welcome along! Also from the UK and started Reta 2 weeks ago.

Looking to add GHK / GLOW / KLOW into my stack, but trying to decide which one!

How are you finding the RETA?

I'm just waiting for my filters and convipens to arrive then I'll be starting my reta and KLOW journey.

Enjoying it! Only been doing 1mg every 6 days, and extremely impressed with the appetite suppression. The second dose wore off much faster so I think jab 3 will be 2mg.

My first GLP-like and it’s fantastic to have the food noise mostly eliminated.

I can't wait for mine to arrive and get started, got shipped today. The 0 food noise sounds like a dream!

Hello fellow UK

I’m in exact situation as you - found tirz brilliant - semiglutide (not as effective) …. I’m researching all the benefits of RETA and I’m wanting to give it a try - also looking in TB500, my understanding that it can really help with inflammation etc - as long time chronic arthritis sufferer, found that always impacts my training due to pain/ stiffness and injury.

I have seen KLOW mentioned a few times now - I’m interested in learning more

Thanks
