Hi everyone,

My name is Jason and I'm tuning in from Tennessee! I decided to join the forum to connect with the community, learn more about refining research methods, and overall focus on becoming healthier while following along with everyone's experiences and insights.

A bit about me outside of research: I enjoy going to the gym, training BJJ, and diving into various tech-related hobbies.

Excited to be here, read through the threads, and get to know you all!

Hello and welcome from the other T state!

I was a BJJ trainer for a few years around 2006 time frame. I have been considering getting into it again.
