I have been taking Tirz for about 2 years. Just started Glow. I am just looking forward to learning all the things! Inching closer to 50 years of life mark and I fell better than I have in a long time after loosing 65lbs. Would love to know more about peps for us perimenopause ladies! I can not take estrogen so I am stuck in hot flash mode all the time. Lol
