New here, but I've been on Semaglutide, Tirz and Retatrutide at various points over the past year or so.

Down like 50lbs or so, unfortunately there's a way to go still.

Dont think about the destination right now, focus on the journey. Its hard for me to believe but personally, I'm down 161lbs so far and still a little to go before reaching the destination of my goal weight. You've got this.
