I came in here because it looks like there is a wealth of experience and I hope to learn.
That said, almost right away I witnessed threads where people were drooling over some site and I wanted to inject a dose of reason - like guys, maybe their prices are "insanely low" because if you pull up those COAs you see that the client name is "Jujo's juice bar" and that has nothing to do with the website you are talking about - so how do you know they didn't just gank those COAs from some site and claim their as their own. Shouldn't there be SOME indicator on the COA linking it to the site? I think people miss details like that a lot and I'm quick with analysis and cross-referencing. But, I also check sources - email labs about tests, etc.
