I've been a (silent) member here since Feb '26 but just reading and learning from all you wonderful people for that time. So I do want to add to the discussion now that I have a few GLP miles under my belt.

First thing is to thank all the frequent posters who take the time to let others benefit from their experience. I have learned soo much in a short time and promise not to ask a question that has been answered a thousand times. LOL. There is a search function here. And I sure appreciate it.

I have now been on Reta for 4 months and have lost 35 lbs. and feel better than I have in ages. I'm 65 M and have gotten back to the Y to knock out a water aerobics routine as well as some Nautilus work for the upper body. For the first time in my life I feel better after a workout and get perturbed if I miss a session because that leads to feeling like crap. I finally understand what my friends were feeling after a good workout! I just had to find the right one and get going in the right direction. And no doubt that Retatrutide helped me get there. So thankful.

Also want to thank the Mods while I am at it. We all know that that is hard work that pays nothing and done for the benefit of all. This site is truly a pleasure to read thru and there are certainly good people responsible for that. So thank you in particular.

I hope to be able to contribute some info in the future as to my experiences with dosages and side effects, but will let you know upfront that it has been worth it and I am all the way onboard. I'm excited about how much the Peptide revolution has improved so many lives.

Isn't that a wonderful feeling, when you finish a workout feeling better than you did at the beginning? Especially if you're coming from an earlier time when that was unthinkable. Congratulations! I look forward to sharing experiences with you (on the forum . . .).
