Hi folks.
I'm a 37 year old windsurfer and am trying to shed those last 20 pounds.
So far, calorie tracking, hiking, and protein shakes (to kill hunger) have been very effective. But I'm hitting a plateau in those final stubborn bodyfat percentages. Even with my new healthy habits it seems like the body really increases the difficulty level at around 17% bodyfat.
A friend of mine mentioned retatrutide and now I'm reta-curious. This seems like the community that has all the answers.
My goal: Get some advice and guidance from people who are in similar circumstances to myself and find a "tried and true" path with GLPs. I can trade some great information on conventional dieting and motivation.
