Hello!

I am a 21 year old male college student from California and I'm taking the lead on researching peptides for myself and my buddy, who isn't good at research (Thank you university for teaching me how to research).

Both of our goals are to lose weight and to get a better relationship with food. We are both overweight and are looking to slim down and be more healthy. My current weight right now is hovering around 190 lbs (~87kg), and the goal is to get to a lean 175-180. Our initial idea was to stack retatrutide and tesamorelin, but alas, this stuff is expensive and I am currently going through college so we're going to start off with researching reta and go from there.

For exercise I typically climb, I used to do normal weightlifting but climbing has been a good physical outlet for me. Although I do sometimes go to the regular gym with one of my roommates.

I am still new to this whole side of the health industry, so any tips would be great!

Thanks a ton,

River

Start slow and low. After doing your research, try one pep and at a low dose first. Titrate up slowly as necessary. I wouldn't try 2+ peps right out of the gate, especially since you're only 10-15lbs away from your goal weight. Ideally, you want to achieve results with the lowest dose and amount of peps as possible.
