Due to PCOS and undiagnosed autism, I have always struggled a lot with food.

I lost about 90 kg (198 lbs) on Ozempic and have maintained a stable healthy weight for the past two years. (BMI 50 to 20)

Unfortunately, my diet is still very restricted, and I continue to struggle a lot mentally with food noise. I tried Mounjaro but I don't love it and it interferes with my period. So I'm quite interested to find out more about reta 🙂

I'm on week 14 of pinning Reta at 2mg. I started at 1mg. Lost 28lb so far. Reta really helps with the food noise and junk cravings. Makes it alot easier to make better food choices and focus on protein. I have not started working out but i do light 30min walks everyday. When it gets closer to pinning day, which means reta is running Iower in my body until I pin again. I do get junk cravings sometimes but the desire to eat a regular/large meal is still low. If I give in and eat the junk I find myself quickly disinterested. Thinking of uping my next dose to 2.5mg but we'll see. Look into tirzepitde aswell, they say the effects of no food noise is even better or stronger with that. Hope this helps and gives you some insight.

Happy and safe pinning!
