Hello hello! I'm a new 37F user from Spain, I joined the forum and I'm already learning so many things, and praying for customs not to seize any order I may have made.

Last year I tried Semaglutide/Tirz doing telehealth visits with an obesity clinic. I didn't make any routine changes and weightloss wasn't great, 5 kg in 5 months. Semaglutide wasn't doing much and the change to Tirz was much better in appetite supression. I stopped as the cost was too high.

Now I'm exploring grey market, I bought Reta and some other peptides for me(Kisspeptin and PT-141, hello peri/menopause) and family(Ipamorelin and BPC-157).

Let's see how it goes!
 
Welcome. Hope it goes well , a whole food diet with proper Reta dosing will yield results. I lost 4lbs. a week without exercise for months. It's different for all of us. Stay the course you'll reap the benefits.
 
Omg that is so nice to hear, it gives me hope!

And we've been eating more whole foods lately. My partner suspects he has SIBO or something to that effect and we are eating low Foodmap. But I can't say no to ice-cream! I'm switching it up for fruit lollies though 😄
 
I eat cheats with the grandkids. Not alot, but enough. Crazy I will put like 3 to 4 lbs. for couple days, then Reta kicks its ass and a couple more days of good diet I'm right back down.
 
Welcome! The peptides are an amazing tool, but you do have to couple it with a cleaner diet and some ex er use or activity. Hope you continue working towards your goals!

Definitely! I made that mistake my first time. I was loosing a lot of weight just by being active and never cared for my muscle mass. The doctor took me off Semaglutide, and in less than a month I regained the dropped off weight (about 10kg).

6 months ago I started eating well, strength training, and a new round of Tirz, and now I feel so much better, look so much better, and happy to keep it. These are tools not solutions.
