Hi everybody. I recently was introduced to reta. I love it. Now I'm addicted to peptides. I discovered the grey market. That platform is great, but limited. I would like to try some of the less common peps. That led me here. I'm looking to talk about my experiences and learn from others. My current stack is reta 3mg. Nad+, ss31 motsc and klow. Going to try epitalon soon.

I'm 42 male, over wieght. Now 250 lbs. 40 weeks ago, I was 296 lbs. Lost 20lbs before reta, it was hard. Now wieght loss is easy. I'm on the carnivore diet. Walking about 18k steps a day. And doing some resistance training 3 days a week. I just found out i have low t. 215 and will be starting trt on monday. 200mg every 14 days per my primary care dr. I plan on taking here into smaller, less frequent injections. I will probably be cycling on and off reta my hole life.

Fuck the fda and big pharma

I was on the carnivore diet before reta. I lost 20 lbs on it. I love the diet, it reduced my inflamation, helped my gut health, joints felt better. Hunger reduced, reveresed my pre-diabetes. Lower my a1c, improved my cholesterol, the list goes on. All those extremely noticeable things must be good for other things that I cannot see. I actually think the carnivore diet is better than reta! But add reta to the carnivore diet, easy easy easy. Intermintent fasting, no problem, free donuts in the break room, dont even sound good anymore. I plan on carnivore for the rest of my life also. I will probably cheat more once I get to a more healthy wieght.

Also, I have lost a lot of muscle In the last 5 years. I'm losing more now wih my wieght loss. I'm kinda considering anabolic steroids to stop this. It took me 10 years to get big, I don't want to loss all of it. I know nothing about them, but I will be learning, and maybe trying them.

You said, "will be starting trt on monday. 200mg every 14 days per my primary care dr. I plan on taking here into smaller, less frequent injections." I'm assuming you mean smaller more frequent injections? Which, would probably be a good option. If you have high body fat % it can potentially give you problems with test to Estradiol conversion leading to gyno so be aware and monitor. More frequent injections should help with that. Also know that your natural testosterone should go up as you lose weight as well.

Some good for thought, Reta likes a little bit of carbs for optimal performance. There is plenty of research out there on this.

Nice stack by the way. Depending how long you have been on it give them it and the trt time to settle in before hitting steroids. You need time to level out your dosing schedule, bloods and Estradiol before you get started on that journey. It'll probably save you some headaches.

Congrats on the weight loss. I also did the Carnivore diet. I went from a body weight of 272 to 219 in about eight months. I would consider getting at least 100 carbs a day while on Reta though. Most doctors and bio hackers agree that Reta needs carbs to do it's best work. Good luck and continued success in the future.

Thank you for the advice. Yes I ment smaller more frequent injections. And your right about the carbs also. I'm thinking about adding nuts back into my diet. Defiantly going to wait a bit before starting anabolic, if I even start them.
