Hi everyone, glad to have found this community. I'm UK based and just about a week into researching Reta.

I've used Mounjaro before and honestly it worked well for me, but for some reason I've stopped and regained the weight each time, three times now. I'm a dad now, and this time I really want to get it right, not just for myself but for my little man too.

Welcome - exactly the same as me. Had great results on Mounjaro but have hit a plateau so want to kick start with Reta. Good luck!

Stick with it. You may need it longer term. It’s definitely more cost effective going grey. Good luck.
