Hey everyone! I've been reading through the forum for quite some time and finally decided to make an account.
Quick intro: I'm a 40-year-old male who's been heavily into endurance sports for years — lots of long-distance running, cycling and triathlon training. I've always been lean, but lately I've noticed it's getting harder to stay sharp, recover properly, and keep that last bit of stubborn fat off, especially around the midsection. My main goals right now are better body composition (more fat loss while preserving muscle), improved strength training results, sharper cognitive function/focus, and overall better recovery.
After doing a lot of research, I'm planning to run a peptide stack centered around IGF-1 LR3, AOD-9604, Tesamorelin, and Retatrutide. I'm also considering adding low-dose HGH for the extra GH/IGF synergy on cognition, recovery, and recomposition. Goal is a careful 10-12 week run, but I want to approach this responsibly as a relative newbie to peptides.
I'd really appreciate any experienced input. Best way to structure and time this stack? Recommended starting doses, titration, cycling advice, and how to combine them without too many sides? Also interested in common beginner mistakes, important blood work to track, supplements that support cognitive function or mitigate sides, and what kind of realistic results people see on fat loss, strength gains, mental clarity, and endurance recovery.
Thanks in advance for any advice — I've already learned so much just by reading everyone’s logs and experiences here. Looking forward to your thoughts!
