Hi all,

I’ve been using Reta and have been playing around with a few other peptides over the past month.

I’m down around 14 kg, from 124.5 kg in just 5 weeks. I’m still eating lunch and dinner, but I’m down to normal serving sizes and keeping it healthy with meat and veg. I’m still eating carbs too, just a lot less.

The junk food cravings have all but disappeared, and I’m learning how much my body actually needs.

I don’t go to the gym, but I have a very physical job.

Welcome! Glad you're on a positive progress with Reta. Keep up the great work and stay healthy, also to give yourself a cheat day to enjoy some delicious meals lol.

What was your process for choosing a vendor? I’m not asking for a source, since I know that’s prohibited here. I’m asking how you went about choosing a vendor?

I’m new here, so I’m making my way to thinking through a process for selecting a vendor.

The gold standard would be to test one’s own batch, but that’s too expensive for most of us.

How I’m thinking about it right now is to try to find a group testing group or forum and get a sense of the vendors that are being 3rd party tested the most and just hope if they have a recent history of good test that that history will also apply to any batch I were to get from them.

But of course, this is the internet, so even those “3rd-party” test could be fake. At some point, we’re all taking a leap of faith, unless we’re personally sending our own vials for testing.

I’ve done a lot of searching on these forums and Reddit, looking through reviews. A lot of vendors are just resellers, even if they say they’re not.

I had some RT30 tested here in Australia, and it came back at 99.6%, but it had floaters after reconstitution. I tried different methods and different bacteriostatic water, but had no luck. They’re a vendor on here, and after I reached out, they agreed to replace both kits.

I’d start by searching the vendors on here. After a while, you can pretty easily tell which ones are the most popular and have a good reputation
