INTRO New here from Canada – starting semaglutide

Hey everyone,

I’m a 25-year-old from Canada and just started using semaglutide about a week ago.

So far I’ve had a small drop in weight (~2–3 lbs), mainly from reduced appetite. Energy feels normal and no major side effects so far.

Still very early days, just here to learn and share experiences with others.

Thanks! For me it was mainly a mix of hitting a long plateau despite being consistent with diet and training, plus wanting something that could help with appetite control.

Semaglutide just seemed like the most straightforward and well-studied option when I started reading into it.

Still very early for me, just seeing how my body responds right now.
