Just introducing myself for now so I can post more later. I’m turning 43 next week 6’2 278lbs body fat around 17%. I let my self go a bit and was drinking too much but I have been on a mission working out lately and haven’t had a drink in almost 2 months. I recently was prescribed TRT and started at 200mg cyp/week then was bumped up to 225mg/week. I am also taking 5.5ius gh and about 3 weeks ago started Reta at 2mg I’m up to 2.5mg this week. My weight has been steady on the Reta…. I initially lost a few pounds but added the gh back in so I think I’m holding water as I am way leaner. I am working out like an animal daily. 1 hour cardio plus 21 sets heavy lifting. I take supplements and have the best diet of my life. I’m kinda shocked my weight isn’t dropping but my body composition has changed. Anyways look forward to contributing. Side note I an super versed in peds.

Did you get your bloodwork done before TRT? What did that look like?

I'm similar to you but based on my bloodwork it looks like Enclomiphine is a really good option for me. I'm starting on that as soon as it arrives.

I've also thought about trying out gh but want to wait for some of the basic results I'm looking for first.

Yes I did get bloodwork done I was at 4.8 with the reference range of 8.4-28.5. I’m happy to be on taro test cyp. I have experience with anabolics and the other options are totally in-appealing to me. I am feeling great already after only a few months on TRT.

Definitely get the testosterone figured out before starting gh. My advice would be that there is no better option than injections for optimal levels. My doctor is good taking me to the top of the range many doctors are not. I lucked out.
