Hello all. From Texas here, and I’m taking this step to learn about peptides and about myself.
A bit about myself: I’m in my early 40’s, and for the longest time, I just went with the flow. I workout three times a week, desk job of sorts, and so far everything is great. But maybe because I’m in my 40s that I started noticing that I may be a bit unhappy with my current self. Did some blood tests, cholesterol a bit high. Not diabetic, but it runs in the family.
I think the tipping point was going on EBay and looking for some gently used shirts to wear. I’m not a big fan of buying new stuff when I can buy it used, but I now fit in an XL. And this got me worried. I guess I’m hitting mid-life? It really feels like I’m looking back at my youth and seeing some of the things I should have done to be more healthy. Better late than never to try to fix yourself up, right?
