Previously been in the overweight category. Currently healthy BMI about 23 and Body fat % by caliper about 18. I must just look at a carb and I put on weight. Good results with low carb high fat but difficult to sustain. Also good effect with Tirz. Too many side effects with Ozempic. Struggling to get access due to BMI. Keen to maintain weight. Possibly reduce a bit further. Feel a lot better when lighter

BMI 23 and 18% BF doesn't sound too bad, but I don't mean to judge. What are your goals? I can imagine you'd have trouble getting the medical system to pay your way coming in with those numbers. I assume that's what you refer to by access. As I'm sure you know, the forum is a good place to learn about other methods to access. Welcome!

Thanks. UK based so definitely do not fulfill criteria for funded GLPs. Criteria are incredibly high. You need a BMI of 40 kg/m² or more and at least four obesity-related health conditions (such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, or heart disease) But even self funding I don't meet the criteria. For self funding you require a BMI of over 30, or a BMI over 27 along with at least one weight-related condition. I'm 6ft3 and weigh 88kg. Would be intrigued what 82 was like
