Hello Everyone!
Just wanna say hi from the netherlands in europe.
Im a 42 old man with diabetes and wanna get healty. Struggle for 26years but its getting better now.
Hope to find some help here
Ive tryd allot over the years but never had good help.
Finaly i figured it out and getting healty again.
Hope for the last pounds i can find some help here.
I feel great but there is some problems i hope to find some answers here
I love to speak with people all over the world but english is not my first language so please help me if i get something wrong
I understand english and can read it but speaking or typing in english is a little bit hard for me.
It would be great if i can find some other dutch people here to chat with but everyone can message me if you want.
I dont know the rules yet so i dont know what i can say and what i cant say so if you have question please ask
All i want is get healty again and i hope to get rid of my diabetes type 2 again!
