Hello, I
m, thatfellahere.
I’m a man in my early 40s and live in the DMV area.
For many years, especially throughout my 30s, I struggled with losing weight.
I tend to stress eat, and despite trying several approaches like fasting, running, and low-carb diets, I saw very little progress.
Eventually, I discovered that my testosterone levels were low, which likely contributed to the lack of results.
I started TRT for a while, but unfortunately I couldn’t continue due to the cost.
My BMI has reached a point where I’m starting to notice health effects, including thinning hair at the crown.
I’ve also been experiencing significant physical and mental fatigue.
Waking up in the mornings has become very difficult, to the point where it has started affecting my work attendance.
I looked into GLP-1 medication, but my insurance wouldn’t cover them even though I fall within the pre-diabetic range with local welnness clinic not being not so much better.
This year I decided that I’m going to do whatever it takes to turn my health around.
While researching for new method of weight loss, I came across information about Retatrutide and peptides in general.
After doing my more research, I found a supplier that had enough vetting for me to feel comfortable trying peptides.
Along with Retatrutide, I also purchased Amino 5, MOTS-C, a Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin blend, and liquid B12.
My first dose of Retatrutide was 1 mg. Within a few hours, I noticed a major reduction in my urge to snack.
I ate the promotional Big Arch burger, but the stomach discomfort afterward was enough to convince me to stay away from greasy fast foods for the foreseeable future
.
Within the first week, after starting a food logger and making changes to my diet, my weight dropped from 294 pounds on March 2nd to 288 pounds.
Now nearing the end of my second week, and with my birthday coming up soon, I’m already noticing positive changes. I’m waking up with more energy and experiencing less back pain.
I know that once I get past 210 pounds the thinnest I’ve ever been I’ll feel like I’ve truly made it past a life time hurdle.
But for now I'm aking my time day by day. l'm starting to jog again and signed up for access at my office gym.
