Greetings, 46 y/o male. Struggled my whole life with weight, etc. Started Tirz @ 315lb about 4 months ago. Currently at 268 lbs. All is going well so far.

Welcome! I’m using tirz as well and have had a good experience with it so far. Eventually, I’m interested in making the switch to retatrutide, possibly combined with cagrilintide. Still doing plenty of research before making any changes, though.

Congrats on the progress so far. Dropping from 315 to 268 in four months is impressive!

The reta is going well, but the elevated HR is a little bothersome. Not too bad though, but it has impacted my sleep a bit. From what I've read, anything with Glucagon causes a mile elevation to HR. So far so good though.

Right on thats massive lose I personally joined my wife on reta she had already transitioned from tirz. So I can't speak personally for the change aspect she definitely seems to be losing faster at a lower mg. For me im down 15lbs in 1½ months. Definitely in the right place to find all the answers regarding switching. If need be

That's a great weight loss, well done. I've been having lousy sleep these past couple of weeks but I didn't put it down to reta, I've only been on it for 3 weeks. Easing myself back into magnesium hoping that kicks in soon

That’s almost exactly a 1% bw loss per week. Do you think you are keeping your muscle well?

I bought one of those scales that measures body fat and muscle and all that. From what I can tell, I'm not losing any. To be fair though, I only bought it about 2 months in, so I have limited data to work from. But so far, it looks good.
