Hi guys!
Been interested in anti-aging/longevity protocols for the past 2 years. Started with DunedinPACE epigenetic age tests back then and I was aging faster than normal, most of my organs were also much older than my chronological age. So I took it on me to reverse that.
Changed most of my "sport" supplements for anti-aging/longevity ones. I eventually came in contact with sermorelin, tesamorelin etc through mainstream providers and told myself there had to be a better/cheaper alternatives. Down the rabbit hole we go, Reddit, Discord, and here I am! My last test is slowing a much slower pace of aging, 0.86 versus 1.07 when I started so I must be doing something right. My bloodworks(I do monthly Rythm Health) are much better and organs biological age have all started to decrease. Reta has shaved 15lbs of me in the last 6 weeks.
Going to start Khavinson bioregulators peptides for Heart/Vascular, Liver and Lungs in August.
