I ordered 5 kits of R20 from JEEP at the end of March. Once everything arrived I pulled one vial randomly from each of the 5 kits, labeled them, and sent them off to Janoshik for testing. All 5 kits shared the same batch number (JP20250824) and same purple lid.

I genuinely enjoy having data on what I'm putting in my body and think results like this are worth sharing rather than keeping to myself. The more of this that gets posted publicly the better off everyone is.

Purity testing confirmed Retatrutide at 21.65mg with 99.479% purity. Hard to ask for much more than that. COA attached.

Endotoxin results came back at 87.612 EU/Vial. Higher than I'd like to see personally but worth putting in context. At a typical 4mg weekly dose you're injecting roughly 20% of the vial which works out to around 17-18 EU per injection. Well within acceptable range for the average person at that dose. Still something to be aware of depending on your protocol. COA attached.

Last one. Sterility came back clean across the board. TAMC pass, TYMC pass. COA attached.

All three tests done through Janoshik, batch JP20250824. Hope this is useful to someone.

Thanks for sharing. Just ordered R20 from another vendor, but the same cap color, so it might be the same batch (but doesn't have to be either). Anyway good to know.

I personally would be concerned for the Endotoxin results. Take in mind the vial you tested shows that the entire batch contain toxins. Just because one vial has 87 doesn't mean the remaining ones have the same amount. For sure their production process allow toxins to be in there... and based on Jeep well know history, this for me is a red flag. Thanks for sharing

Incredible that some would disagree.

Thanks for posting these! Nice of you to share with the community.

Just out of curiosity, you mentioned that you sent five vials to Jano, but the test results are for 4 vials. Was another test performed?

Good catch. No other testing was ordered but they recommended sending 2 vials for Endo testing. Seems like they only used one vial for that though. Not sure what they did with the 5th vial sent.

Makes sense. Having the extra vial already in Czechia would be helpful if additional endo testing was necessary. And with the way that endos have been testing lately it's not a terrible idea. I know that sometimes that the extra vial can be used for an additional mass/purity test if the endos come back in range. Thanks again for sharing the results.

someone in another thread previously said they first test if endos are above a set amount, pretty low and definitely below 30, they do a 2cd test vial to determine higher amounts if it meets that threshold. so it seems they used the 2cd vial to get to 87. ?

I think it depends on what test was originally ordered. If it was EUs<10 then, yes, another vial would have been needed and there would be two COAs.

Now that everyone brings it up, I’ll reach out and see what they did with that second vial. I’m genuinely curious now.

You may not be wrong lol. They responded with vague clarity on what happened to the 5th vial.

As stated in the shipping instructions, endotoxin testing requires 1 vial, but we recommend sending 2 vials.

The second vial is kept as a backup in case the endotoxin analysis needs to be repeated for any reason. Therefore, only one vial is normally used for the test itself, while the additional vial serves as a reserve sample.

I hope this clarifies what happened to the extra vial.

No, it doesn’t really tell me what they did with the 5th vial 🙃
