Keeping reconstituted peptides lasting longer

I have R30 that I am using but since I am on a low doing (going from 1mg to 2mg) per week I want to know how long I really can make it last. I keep it in a fridge that is only for medicine, clean the vial everytime, I filtered it and used Hospira BAC water. Pretty much I have taken all the precautions. I'm hoping to use as much of it as possible but I know peptides naturally degrade so wondering as long as it doesn't get cloudy or has particles how long do you think I can get out of it?

Do you plan on incrementing the dosage every 4 weeks? That will speed up the usage time frame. I used my first vial for 10 weeks and it was clear to the end. You did all you can do to ensure it will last at least that long.

Edit: there will be some degradation over that time span also. By 8-10 weeks, you could bump up a few IU with each dose. Also, if you know if there is an overfill, that would compensate for it as well.

It’s about a 10% overfil. So will go based on that. I am going to be doing 1 every half week from now on and might go upwards if needed.

Did you reconstituted it based on the 3mg overfill, and how much are you pinning?

So it sounds like you'll need it to last for 15 weeks. I don't think that's unreasonable. Filter, use quality supplies, proper technique, and be watchful for abnormalities in the vial.

I struggled with this too, starting on 3mg Tirz in 60mg vial, so I needed 20 weeks. But I pretty quickly realized I needed to dose up to get results, and now a vial lasts 6 weeks.

No I just did 3ml of BAC. I am pinning 1 mg a week going to 2 mg a week. Might do more after 4 weeks. But haven't felt a ton on 1.

Well, 1mg will give you 30 shots, and 2 will give you 15. Too long at 1mg, that's 4 weeks.

Yes I plan on doing 1 mg every half week from now on. I notice 1mg tapers off quick halfway through the week
 
Maintain aseptic techniques and ensure it remains clear. Actual degradation is minimal. We tested a couple Reta vials with Hospira at room temp for 45 days. Both degraded by 1.2mg, with no refrigeration.

Negative, Hospira Bacteriostatic Water for Injection, USP, typically has a pH of 5.7
