I'm really a noob when it comes to peptides, but not a noob when it comes to biochemistry... I ordered some kisspeptin from a vendor here and was attempting to reconstitute as a nasal spray. So much varying info on that but I decided to first try with 0.9% sterile saline and it instantly gelled up. I've seen some say use acetic acid, some say use Hospira bacteriostatic water, some say sterile water, etc... but no consistency when it comes to kisspeptin.

This brings me to my question about reconstituting with DMSO... I've been using SLU-PP-332 for a couple months and after ruining a few vials got the system down with 0.5mL DMSO and 2mL bac water in a 3mL cartridge. Without ruining more vials I wanted to check here to see if anybody has any experience or reference to the use of DMSO, especially any potential interactions of DMSO with kisspeptin. Thoughts? I don't want to "reinvent the wheel" if somebody has a verified method of proper reconstitution, whether pinning or nasal, specific to kisspeptin.

I have no experience with DMSO.

I have always reconstituted Kisspeptin with bacteriostatic water 0.9% benzyl alcohol without any issues and pinned it.

The only peptide in I use intranasal is Semax. I recon this with 1ml bac and dilute further with 4ml of saline.

I never did nasal? Is it absorbed the same doing nasal? I have only seen references for sub q.

I think KP is usually reconstituted with BAC and then injected subq.
