I'm would like to hear how all you wonderful people track your daily/weekly regimen. Apps? Calculators? Calendars? Post-it notes? Ai? I started out organized but to be honest I tried saving $ and was manually inputting into a notebook (in hindsight, not really sustainable). Fast forward a few months of unavoidable distractions, that we call adulting, has me feeling like I'm now just winging it. So, I'm am taking a step back to level-set and approach again, but want to have a solid plan that works for others who have full-time life to manage as well. Excited to hear what insight you all offer.

Hi there,

Your question is a bit broad based and general, yet covers topics frequently covered here.

I see there are no responses yet, so I'll help you out with a technique.

Take some key words, such as "apps", "tracking", "calculators" and play around with the search bar. Play around with the difference between checking (or not) the little box "Search titles only".

With tinkering around there, many threads will pop up which may hold answers for you.

Example --

=1&o=date]
Search results for query: apps

I started with Google sheets. One sheet had stock of each item, purchase date, link to COA, etc. Another sheet had cycle start, end, and amounts for peps I was planning to use. Another sheet for vendors (would use, have used, link, etc.). Cycles once started go on a Google Calendar.

Then I tried a bunch of apps that were meant for peps specifically and one for general medications. They were all way more complicated than I needed. Some of the pep ones attempted to give you protocol pickers, but there were a dozen similar protocols with minor changes (for instance 5 days on, 2 off vs. 7 days) to the point where I was just manually entering what I wanted anyway and it got to be a hassle to upkeep. The med ones were not good for tracking titration schedules.

Now I'm back to the spreadsheets and calendar. Enlightenment.
