You probably already know this, but if you want to address an ED issue, the best solutions might be Sildenafil (Viagra in the USA) or Tadalafil (Cialis). I think Tadalafil is probably the better choice of these two. These medications have benefits beyond helping ED and I'm starting to believe that most older men should be on a small dose, even if ED is not an issue.

You stated you're using reta, if you are currently eating much less than you normally do and losing weight, that may also lower testosterone.

How did the blood work come back? That info will help us/you figure out the best next steps. I would do a lot of research on something like Enclo before starting. It may not be a lifelong commitment but there are plenty of sides and different dosing strategies to be aware of if you do proceed.

As many have mentioned here, body fat can have a big impact and for now, given your age, using a glp (tirz/reta) to get to a healthy/fit body fat% would probably be the best starting point to improving all of your major health markers and hormones.

Here are my results which I guess are all “in range”. I haven’t had a dexa scan but I really feel that I don’t have a super high bf% I am no means lean but I have a belly. I have been reading a bunch on Enclo and all the sides which ha some a little worried but hasn’t scared me away.

Enclomiphene would probably be a good starting point. Get your endogenous testosterone cranking again, see what you get up to. Could help you stave off low test levels for a few years

if that doesn’t work, trt is a good second option. Test levels decline with age, for most that probably means trt at some point if you want to avoid low test levels. Once you start this route though, it’s a long term commitment (so think long and hard and do your research first). Your endocrine system is already putting out low test naturally, suppressing it further with exogenous hormones means even if you came off the test and ran a pct, your endocrine system will still never really put out a high level of test (and most of this is age related as well). So staying on is probably more preferential in this case to avoid the hormonal/emotional rollercoaster of going on and off

Enclomiphene is definitely the route I want to go. A lot of people I’ve talked to started trt in there 30s and have said they’ve absolutely loved it and couldn’t see themselves going back and that it was the best decision they’ve made. Seeing as the 2nd test came back higher than I was expecting will probably just try and start with enclo at a low dose.

Damn, the mom in me just came out, I saw, Low test /recommendations and my first thought was YOU NEED TO STUDY MORE. What a one dimensional being I am .
