Hi everyone! 👋

I'm from New Zealand and have been on my weight loss journey for about a year. I've used both Wegovy and Mounjaro and have lost around 11 kg so far, which I'm really happy with. Lately though, I've hit a plateau and have noticed the food noise creeping back, even though I'm on the highest dose of Mounjaro.

I joined this group to learn from others, pick up tips, and connect with people who understand the journey. I'm looking forward to sharing my progress, learning from your experiences, and hopefully supporting others along the way too.

Wishing everyone all the best with your goals! 😊

Welcome! There are lots of folks here with lots of experience, so pick up what feels right to you and leave the rest.

My decision when I plateaued for a while was to add reta. I was already taking tirz. A little goes a long way with me, so I'm cautious when adding stuff. I took 1mg tirz and .05 reta for my first trial. That worked out well (no sides), so I kept titrating up reta by .05 for a few weeks. All was well until I got cocky and added 2mg all at once for a total of 4 reta -- that was too much. UGH. Others will tell you don't bother starting lower than 2mg, and from there, proceed by adding another 2mg weekly. I guess we will only know how our bodies will react by . . . doing it. Others will add cagri or other peptides. I'd say to pays to read around the site to get that varietyf luck of experiences.

Best of luck, and don't be afraid to ask questions!

Hi! Im a kiwi too! Im also a newbie and am currently on wegovy. How did you find tge transition from wegovy to mounjaro? Be great if the price wasn't so high hey. My mind has been pretty blown since I started researching peptides. They're pretty amazing!

Im a kiwi too! Im on wegovy at moment but its just so darn expensive. Being here and reading about so many other peptides is fascinating. I've just been watching this DOAC podcast on YouTube with Alex Tatum which was really informative too. Here's the link if you're interested:

Tell me about it, I am on Mounjaro at the moment on the highest dose, and its very expensive. Just ordered some Reta to try, however a friend here has some and I am starting on some tomorrow. Hopefully mine arrives in a couple of weeks. Much better value. Also ordered Semaglutide for family member.
