The site was down for 7hrs, I'm amazed no-one (I can think of a handful) made an exclamatory thread about it like last time 😅

I mean, I've been at work but I was way more bored than usual without the site.
 
I typed up a whole story about discovering my xiphoid process while lying in bed watching stupid YouTube videos because I'm never been a "normal" weight before and when I'm tired, my hands go onto random places on my body where I've never felt a bone before (ribcage, hip, wrists, shoulders, etc). I was almost asleep and found a bone right under the sternum called the "xiphoid process," which is a weird name for a bone, and which feels like the top of a chicken leg. Which jolted me awake, and threw me into a huge panic because I didn't know it was a bone, I thought it was a tumor and I soon will die. And was near tears, googling my five year survival chances for abdominal cancer when I realized I ALSO assumed my hip bone was cancer when I first felt it, and then I found out there was a bone there.

I typed out the whole goddamn thing under "Weight loss" meaning to title it "New weight loss milestone unlocked" and then the site went BACK down and I said fuck it and went to Walmart for another box of hair dye.

I mean, you have to admit it's a really stupid name for a bone. It's a bone. What the heck does it process, and why is that thing a xiphoid? When I first leaned about it in my youth, I thought it was related to a flux capacitor.

I feel like I’m hallucinating. Multiple posts/comments I made AND posted this morning are gone, or at least I thought I did. I’m not sure if they were lost in the site going down or if I dreamed it all up in a tired hungry daze lol.

I even upgraded from recently joined to GLP-1 novice, but the site going down took me back to noob status 🙁
 
I felt like i said the wrong thing again and the mods all tripped over themselves trying to ban quickly ban me and then accidentally shut the site down. Whoops!

LOL this is so true. I cannot stop absent-mindedly touching my collar and hip bones. i discovered my hip bones a few days ago, even made the hubby give them a touch. i keep thinking damn this is how little padding regular folks have, it kinda hurts in a weird way?
 
I thought it might have been my comment about my Penis not working this well since 1993 that shut the site down, but then I thought it could have been Gr33dyOctopus getting his Bond revoked and going back to Banned again. 🤣
 
Big Tech canceled the site after his sister Big Pharma bitched about us. All that invaluable info about Var, Moda, etc got deleted too.
 
It happens to all of them once in a while. It's usually a server issue and sometimes a host. I worked on a wood train model I had got from Christmas.

haha, I too have been discovering unknown bones!! who knew there were do many pokey bones under there.
 
Haha, I love all the super-random stories of what this group does when we don’t have this site to occupy our brains.. some more productive than others 😂

Often the site host will need to start from a backup of the site, in this case it looks like the last backup was from the evening before, so yeah all the posts in a roughly 24hr period are toast. Sorry about your status! I’m sure it’ll be back shortly.
