that the bottle of tirz powder would suck up the BAC water and fizz. It was quite shocking! It settled out to be clear. It was my first batch of gray ever.
 
Pretty sure you don't want the bac to be sucked in fast, as peptides are very volatile. Hold the plunger so it doesn't move when you put it in the vial and let it go slowly, so it drips down the side. What I do is pull the plunger out and stick the needle in the vial so the pressure equalizes, then put the plunger back in and fill with bac and fill vial slowly down the side.
 
You could also fill the syringe with air only first, add it to the vial, so that when you add bac there is not so much vacuum. That is what I do. I don't know how much air... So i just do 1-2 ml air. But there is usually a point it is hard to get the bac in because there is too much pressure. I don't like to let the vacuum suck in all of the water and "smash" into the peptide. Anecdotally I felt like my tirz wasn't as effective when that happened, even though it is not supposed to matter.
 
It's my understanding that it doesn't actually matter when this happens with Tirzepatide, because tirz is not even slightly fragile and if you wanted to, you could shake the damn thing all to hell and back and nothing bad would happen; and that all of your careful, gentle syringe handling comes to naught with Tirzepatide.

I dunno. When you vent that vial, you're sucking in dirt air. 😏

Who knows? Belch, fart or cough prior to the vent, that shit is still in the air.

This is why I use my flow hood when reconstituting.

They do mention that in the peptidetest recon filtering videos. I always recommend watching them. Let the peptide sit long enough to fully dissolve and lose all the bubbles before pinning.

I do also recommend filtering into a new sterile vial with self healing cap.

This is also my understanding at least of tirz. I believe it was that popular Jano interview last year where he mentioned that pep especially is really quite stable and robust and they don't take any particular care when reconning it.
