Anyone who's been running this?

I'm currently stacking Reta x Tirz and was thinking about adding a mid-week Cagri shot for better hunger suppression because my cravings tend to increase towards the end of the week.

Mainly looking at adding Cagri so I end up targetting 5 different receptors.

I'm running exactly this. On a 6D protocol so every 2days is another shot. I did it to break a stall; first with Tirz, then added Cagri, then added Reta. Cagri doesn't seem to affect me as much as many others have posted. I posted this in a thread earlier this week, but here it is again, because it applies to your question.

I went up to 10mg Tirz/6D over 4 months, and started picking up the usual symptoms; tinnitus, prickly skin/allodynia, so I didn't want to raise the Tirz dose any more. Dropped 40 lbs in that time. Then big month-long plateau.

I added Cagrilintide at 500mcg/6D. No change, no effect. Added Retatrutide at 1mg/6D (each staggered 2D), minimal change. Raised up to 1mg Cag, 2mg Reta, minimal change.

Finally raised up to 2mg Cagri/6D, and Reta 4mg/6D, finally with the 12mg Tirz/6D. That did it, weight loss is moving again. But wow, those first 2 nights after the ramp up in dosage, the skin sensitivity/borderline pain was the first time I ever thought about stopping Peptides since starting 7 months ago.

Things have gotten marginally better and I'm not contemplating stopping this experiment outright. Maybe I've set too ambitious of a goal? I started at BMI 40.0, and the target now is <30.0 BMI (so from Morbid Obesity to the high end of just "overweight, and not "obesity"). I didn't think that was asking too much.

I will admit that I've moved the goal 3x since starting. I was managing expectations, but it's worked so well I've kept moving the goalposts to get closer to a healthy weight. Currently 7lbs from what I believe is the final goal/BMI 29.something.

I am also considering adding Cagri for hunger suppression. Tried Tirz for 8 weeks with zero result, then switched to Reta. Still zero result but it's too early to tell (at the 6 week mark). Neither have taken away the food noise and it's discouraging. I'm trying to be patient but it's haaaaard 😔

Wouldn’t you be hitting some of the same receptors with Tirz & Reta? It seems like double GLP & GIP for no real reason. Why not stack Reta & Cagri and leave the Tirz out of it?

Some people have reactions to higher doses or Reta.

I, on the other hand, was having a reaction to higher doses of Tirz. It has been incredibly successful for me, but raising past 10mg/6D was giving my allodynia and tinnitus. That's why I added the Reta to my protocol.

And then I raised up the doses, and nearly quit 'tides altogether! Skin feeling was driving me crazy. I stuck it out a few days and it's back to just the normal feeling. Not great, but not insanely bothersome either.

And, unfortunately, fast forward 2 weeks from raising my dose to 12Tirz, 4Reta, 2Cag, and the stall seems to have continued after all. I did some deep-dive with AI and the theory it proposed is that when I restarted BPC and TB500 after a few weeks off, I've been retaining water weight equal to my weight loss, and to give it some time to re-stabilize. So we'll see.

How long have you stalled if you don't mind me asking?

Did you react well to adding Cagri?

Stall on Tirz was about a month; then added in the Cagri, no real movement, a month later added in the Reta. Dropped 5 more lbs, and then stalled again. After 3 weeks, raised the dose, dropped 2 more. That's where I'm at now.

I have been the non-responder to Cagrilintide. Even at 2mg/6D it doesn't seem to do anything. No weight loss, no appetite suppression, no noticeable sides effects. (Nexaph branding, I don't test but I suspect if it was a dud batch I would have heard about it by now).

Even if I never lose another pound, this will have all been worth it, though. 55 lbs lost, in 7 months. Almost all of that on Tirz alone. Just amazing.

And, if AI is correct, this is just water gain from resuming Wolverine, and I should see results again when things stabilize, or on my next break on the Wolverine stack.

Patience.... (not my strong suit!)
