Do y’all feel that pinning at a certain time of day makes a difference? I switched to pinning my 3 mg of Reta in the morning 2 weeks ago, and I started getting tummy symptoms almost exactly 24 hours later. I never experienced this when I pinned in the evenings. (You know what…as I’m typing, I am remembering that I ironically had brisket the same day I pinned the last two weeks, so maybe that is the correlation!) I’d love to hear your thoughts!

I've always done PM on the theory that I'd sleep through any initial side effects, but I've not had any (from Tirz), so....? I've stuck with PM anyway, easy enough to brush my teeth, pin, go to bed.

I was told pinning before bed was ideal to sleep through side effects but honestly, I don't think it works that way (at least for me, lol). On my second dosage I had a bad headache and some fatigue and it lasted for around 24 hours, so pinning before bed didn't help me avoid it anyway.

I'm in the morning. My theory is: if something crazy happens, I feel there will be more medical staff during the day. Yes, I really think this.

Interesting. That makes a lot of since.

While every body processes it a little different, anecdotally the majority of people experience peak saturation around 36hrs, so give or take that's when you'll feel peak effects (positive and negative). If you're experiencing sides @ 24hrs post pin, then that's your timing, and schedule accordingly- if I were you I'd pin @ night before bed if you experience any poor side effects, so that you are as close to sleeping through them the next night, if possible.

As a medical staffer. It’s the weekends you have to worry about. 🤣

If you mean pinning GLP1s, I usually do it in the morning just cause…other peptides it depends on if it gives you a lift (morning), or sleepy (evenin)…
