Preparing for a photo shoot, should I suppress hgh?

I'm currently on TRT 200 mg weekly, retatrutide 4 mg weekly (two injections per week), and 3 IU of HGH daily. I've noticed that lately, the 3 IU of HGH is causing me to retain too much subcutaneous fluid, and I have a photoshoot in three weeks.

To achieve a drier look, would I need to stop or reduce the HGH? How far in advance should I do this? I don't know if people usually stop taking it before bodybuilding events or photoshoots.

I'm also thinking of adding some Anavar at 30 mg/day for a more muscular and rounded appearance.

I'm hoping for answers from experts on this topic. Thank you very much!

VAR is often taken the last 6 weeks of a cycle to “dry out”. Apart from that, you can always run danderlion root for a few days. That is an old school bodybuilder hack.

The bodybuilders I know use lasix or some other diuretic to get rid of the unwanted water. Anavar needs time to work on its own. Stanozolol is more effective for cuts but the sides are brutal. What I have seen is BBers using diuretics, and Stanozolol just two weeks before d-day.

Meso RX is fine, but don't rely on the dosages; some people use excessive amounts. I'd recommend seeing your doctor and having your baseline testosterone levels checked. If you need it, 100-200 mg per week is usually the standard for most men.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask here.

I've discovered what was causing the problem, and it turns out my new electrolyte formula is very high in sodium. I was consuming quite a bit because I was drinking a lot of water and taking mineral salts with retatrutide. I stopped taking it a few days ago and increased my potassium intake, and I'm already noticing a drier, tighter look.

I'm sharing this in case anyone else is experiencing this with HGH. Ingesting more than 1-2 grams of sodium per day, especially in my case, makes me feel very water-retained.

That's really good information! I was watching to see what the solution was so I'm glad you posted this. I'm not going to be taking any photos or anything but I'm a woman on reta about to start hgh so this was up my alley. Thanks for the update!
