Is this from the PTDS testing server? I heard they were doing some study on the degradation of peps.
Also why are there different entries for same peps? Are they from different vendors?

I have not, no. But I always look at the vial before I draw.
I do filter. I did not filter for the first vial or two.
I do the best I can and know to make a clean environment when I filter and when I draw. I don't have fancy equipment nor do I have any experience with sterile lab practices. My stainless steel work surface is clean, my hands are clean, all supplies are individually wrapped.
I see people posting that filtering can introduce new contaminants (as I guess injecting can too). I do the best I can. My Cu has been giving ISR at around the 38-45 day mark. Not sure if it's me or it. I've been tossing what's left. Never much; not worth the aggro.

I'll go 10 weeks + on my Reta, but have never gone past 8 weeks.

28 days is the standard safe point for inhibited bacterial growth, bac water doesnt prevent it but helps.
I use mine if it is clear and no discoloration for up to 6 weeks and no longer. I mix medicines most days and into just like to keep everything aseptic and stored safely (within guidelines if possible but close to). There are many labs that will tell you how long it is safe for but it would depend on what peptide you are recon and the 28 day safety for bac water. I am unsure if there are any studies on this as of yet but I know bac water has been studied and 28 days is max for a multi dose vial.
Maybe some labs have studied the peptides and how long they last but it is still a safety concern with 28 days for bac water.

Hospira 30ml use it until it is gone.. easily 4 months + non-issue
just use proper aseptic cautions, there is a posted test in this thread.
Re-constituted peps minimum 45 days on most
Peps like Tirz even longer
Key is clean before and after pinning, store properly, and always inspect for discoloration or floaters..
Most of the users that have been doing this a while see this question asked at least 1x per week..

How long are you going on a reconstituted Tirz? I know I'll do 8-10 weeks on Reta, but haven't hit 8 weeks on one yet.

I started the journey with Tirz from compounding Pharmacies. The deal with compounding was a set monthly subscription fee no matter what dose. So the incentive is to overstate your current dose schedule so they ship you larger vials. Because of that, I had some vials of compounded that went past 3 months before they were used up. No problem.
Since going grey, I buy based on using a vial in 4-8 weeks. I'd go longer, but the upcharge for buying more, smaller vials isn't enough to worry about and keeping the duration in check is just another worry avoided.

Well, to be honest, the largest vial I have is 60mg and now that I am at 15mg a week it is gone fast.
The longest time I was on same, smaller, dose was 7 weeks and going that long on 1 was not an issue for me.
I would not have an issue with 8-10 weeks: based on how well I clean and the durability of Tirz.

ive been using the same 60mg reta vial since the first week of May 2026 till now, and im good, still losing weight and feel no hunger at all. it's been around 15 weeks.

I don't think degradation would be a concern for me either at that point, but pinning a vial 15x and inserting air each time might.
It is like Blackjack, you absolutely can hit on 16,17,18+ but it gets more dangerous each time.
But I also do other things that are risky in my life.. so I never judge anyone else's choices.

Point is those 1 year BUD dates from the 503B compounders isn’t arbitrary, it’s tested for stability out to that date. The branded Monjaro/Zepbound has a manufacturers BUD of 2 years but it depends on the final form - vials vs pens.
